A recent Hezbollah rocket barrage from southern Lebanon into Israel’s Galilee region resulted in the death of one Israeli and injuries to several others. Hezbollah launched approximately 150 missiles, escalating the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hezbollah. Israel’s Iron Dome defense system managed to intercept many of these rockets, but some reached civilian areas.
This event follows a pattern of daily clashes since the Israel-Hamas war began in early October 2023, with northern Israel facing frequent rocket attacks from Hezbollah militants.
