Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Bolaji Olugbenga, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Ijanikin Police Station in Lagos, tragically passed away on October 19, 2024. He collapsed in his office the previous evening and was quickly rushed to the hospital, but unfortunately, he could not be revived.
His death was confirmed by the Lagos State Police Command spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin. Colleagues and authorities expressed shock over his sudden death, as no prior health issues had been reported. The cause of his collapse remains unspecified.
