On Sunday, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine, firing 120 missiles and 90 drones, the largest such assault in recent months. President Zelenskyy reported that this strike primarily targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, with some regions, including Mykolaiv, suffering significant casualties. Two people were killed, and six others, including two children, were injured. The attack caused extensive damage, particularly to a thermal power plant. Ukrainian defense forces shot down numerous air targets, but concerns remain about the country’s energy supply heading into winter.
