
Tragedy struck in Ogun State as the Minority Leader of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Lukman Adeleye, was kidnapped by gunmen during a local government election. The incident occurred at a polling unit in Odogbolu Local Government Area, causing panic among voters and electoral officials.
Eyewitnesses reported that the gunmen, heavily armed, stormed the polling unit in a coordinated attack, abducting Adeleye in broad daylight.
