Sean “Diddy” Combs has been denied bail for a third time as he awaits trial on federal charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and related crimes. Prosecutors argued that he poses a significant risk of witness tampering, citing allegations that he attempted to communicate with potential witnesses from jail. Despite proposing a $50 million bail backed by his assets, strict monitoring conditions, and assurances of cooperation, the judge expressed concerns about community safety and the seriousness of the charges. Combs remains in custody at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center.
