Controversial rapper Kanye West has publicly called upon former President Donald Trump to pardon fellow music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently incarcerated on serious charges. West took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express his support, writing, “@realDonaldTrump PLEASE FREE MY BROTHER PUFF.”
Sean Combs, widely known as Diddy, was arrested in Manhattan by Homeland Security on allegations of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and interstate transportation for prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges but remains detained at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, with his bail requests denied multiple times. His trial is scheduled for May.
In addition to the criminal charges, Combs faces over 30 civil lawsuits alleging sexual assault and misconduct. Recent court documents have introduced new allegations, including claims of coercing additional women into commercial sex acts. Combs’ legal team has vehemently denied these accusations, criticizing the developments as flawed.
