In Lagos, a father has fled after severely abusing his two children, prompting an urgent response from authorities. The Lagos State Office of the Public Defender (OPD) intervened after receiving reports from concerned citizens.
The children, aged four and 15 months, were found in a state of neglect and had suffered physical abuse. They were immediately rescued, provided medical care, and placed in safe custody. The father is currently on the run, while the Lagos State authorities continue to urge residents to report cases of abuse.
