Despite Manchester United’s continue flops under Manager Erik ten Hag, INEOS and the club’s leadership have decided to back him, at least for the time being. The decision showed their belief in his long-term strategy and the challenges he has come across,, such as crucial injuries and structural changes within the club. Even though there were cases and opportunities to replace him, including rumored talks with other managers, the club decided to stick with their present manager Erik Ten Hag due to the potential instability a change might bring and the fact that possible replacements like Gareth Southgate might not be well-received by the fans.
Although, Ten Hag’s position remains under pressure, with the team underperforming in the Premier League and increasing pressure from fans and pundits. While INEOS is obliged to give him more time, his job is far from secure if results don’t improve in the near future
