- Yaba Local Council Development Area Law: Upgrades Yaba to a municipal status, aiming to improve governance and development in the area.
- Law on Properties Protection: Targets unlawful activities like land grabbing, ensuring property rights and fostering investor confidence.
These laws are expected to address various challenges in the state, including healthcare gaps, civil service efficiency, and urban development.
