Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu is set to present the 2025 budget estimate to the Lagos State House of Assembly soon. This budget will build on his administration’s THEMES+ agenda, which focuses on infrastructure, social inclusion, and economic sustainability.
The presentation will align with ongoing efforts to alleviate economic challenges, especially in transportation and food security, through initiatives like CNG-powered buses and public-private partnerships. Sanwo-Olu’s administration previously implemented a N2.26 trillion budget for 2024, which emphasized capital expenditure for infrastructure development​.
