KATSINA – In a solemn visit yesterday, Senator Nenadi Usman, PhD, Chairman of the Labour Party Caretaker Committee, alongside Mr. Peter Obi, traveled to Katsina to extend heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Governor Dikko Umaru Radda, following the passing of his beloved mother, Hajiya Safara’u Umaru Barbari.
Speaking on the loss, Senator Usman stated, “Losing a mother is an immeasurable loss, as she is often the pillar of love, wisdom, and strength in a family. In this moment of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with Governor Radda, his family, and all those who cherished Hajiya Safara’u. May they find comfort in the legacy of kindness and values she left behind.”
She further expressed her prayers for the deceased, saying, “I pray that the Almighty grants them the strength to bear this loss and that He bestows His infinite mercy upon her soul, granting her eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus.”
